I know I am smarter than this!

I have tried twice to make the round dishcloth in the Mason Dixon Knitting book....but I just can't seem to get it. My gosh! The first time I didn't use a marker and I thought that was the problem. Ok, the first mess looked a little worse than this one. Well, the second time I did use a marker and I counted between every section and I had the same problem! I have been able to accomplish more complicated things than this. But for now, it has defeated me....not trying again (for a while at least!!!) This first pic is right after I took it off the needle. I couldn't resist taking the second pic....lol.

Hmmm...I wanted to try that pattern, but I might wait it out and see if you can do it first! :)

I really like your dishcloths - even if the round version is giving you fits and nightmares.

There is a certain amount of grrrrr in those photos, why is it that knitting can make us feel that way sometimes.

I know this isn't the reaction I'm *supposed* to have, but the pictures of purple chaos look lovely and artistic ;-) Better luck next time!

Not funny (because I've definitely been there), but the way you took pics is. I think I'd do the same thing: give up for now, at least to preserve sanity!
